That's so cute - in a finger-chopping-offing sort of way. Never played that game, though I seem to recall seeing a manga called "Cooking Papa" somewhere.
I still couldn't believe that the game sold as well as it did in the U.S., considering how creepy looking the title character, the "Cooking Mama", is (compared to an even creepier looking cooking icon, Rachael Ray).
The game is just flat out cute. I think most of the people who bought the game are people like me that go "OMG! This sounds Adorable! I got to buy it to fullfill my needs to die of a cuteness overdose!"
or at least, that's my theory on why it sold well.
Sadly, almost all those things have happened in our kitchen. Only it was mom who fileted her finger while fileting fish, it was my arm that got caught in the egg beater and my sister was the one that set the oven on fire.
Oh my gosh. Remind me to not cook with you or your family. Well, unless I feel like having quite a show and ready to have my renter's insurance pay up.
the battle make be horrific, but in the end, I make the best damn butter cake in the world!!!!!
Usually all my kitchen accidents only injury myself, it's my sis you have to watch for... that and my cooking tastes good and hers normally tastes like salty cardboard.
